This Privacy Policy describes how Tomahawk Tile & Countertops ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at tomahawkcountertops.com or contact us.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to keep our website working well:

• Estimate form. When you send our contact form, we receive your name, phone number, the service you picked, your message if you write one, and whether you checked that you have used us before.
• How you found us. The form also tells us which page you sent it from, the first page you visited, and a general label for how you got here (for example, Google search, Facebook, or typing our address). If the link you clicked had ad or campaign tags (such as utm or gclid), those tags come too. We never receive the address of the website you came from.
• Phone taps. When you tap one of our phone numbers, Google Analytics records that the tap happened and which page it was on. It does not record your phone number.
• Visit data. Google Analytics records things like the pages you view, how long you stay, your device type, and your rough location. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, to keep the website running and secure. We do not see your name or address from this data.

How we use it

Your information is used to:

• Contact you about the service you requested.
• Improve our service quality based on what customers ask for most.
• Measure how our website is performing and which pages help people find us.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not email you promotions you did not ask for.

Who else handles it

A few companies help us run the website, and they handle your information only to do that work for us:

• More Calls Digital built and runs our website. A copy of each form you send goes to them so no request gets lost.
• Google delivers our form emails through Gmail and provides Google Analytics.
• Vercel hosts our website.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to see how people use our website. It sets cookies in your browser so it can tell one visit from another. You can see how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or turn off Google Analytics with Google's add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our website works the same either way.

What we store in your browser

We do not set our own tracking cookies and we do not build a profile of you. Our website keeps two small notes in your browser so it works smoothly:

• How you found us, so the form can include it. This clears when you close the tab.
• Your countertop calculator result, so the contact form can fill it in. This clears when you close the tab.

None of this identifies you personally unless you send a form.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to serve you, plus a reasonable record-keeping window for our business. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics settings.

Security

We protect your information with reasonable technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we treat our own.

Children

Our services and our website are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
